What does shipping entail?
Delivery time is based on your selected shipping method at checkout. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. We process orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number will be sent out. If there are any issues with your package please Contact Us through our contact portal.
How much will I pay in Shipping?
We offer flat rates depending on preferred delivery time. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
How do Returns work?
First off, we understand sometimes products don’t always work like we imagine and we hope something else in our store better fits your needs! We ask that you email roseandcoledesign@gmail.com with our Return Form filled out. We will send you a return label and cover return shipping. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
Why doesn’t my order look exactly like the photo?
The majority of our products are hand crafted and can be unique. We’re excited to highlight artist’s and their crafts and we hope you love them as much as we do!
